Continuing Courses
Course designed to improve the skill level of operators
As a rule, operators must have training once each year to continue their employment.
Four training courses are provided to meet the needs of operators according to their experience, operational skill level and so on.
Training period:5 to 10 days

Operational training under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions for operators with relatively little experience.

Operational training for experienced operators, improving their knowledge and skills of the procedures used under abnormal and emergency conditions.

Operational training for supervising operators, designed to develop judgment and managerial abilities under abnormal and emergency conditions.
5 days
Shift managers undergo training to renew their license.
9 days
This course is designed to prepare shift managers for the operating test.
